Slipway has been well known for providing
abrasive blasting & spray painting for
marine repair work & general
engineering since the 1960's.
We have
now expanded our service with the
installation of a 775m2
abrasive blast chamber & spray paint
facility.
Our new
facility, with a Protoblast Chamber, high
quality equipment & materials, &
controlled environment, ensures we offer
the complete abrasive blasting and spray
painting to luxury standards.
The
Protoblast Chamber has a four rail system
installed for high production. This
enables work waiting to be blasted to be
loaded on set of rails, while the work
being blasted is carried by trolleys on
the other rails.
The Blast
Chamber system incorporates a very
effective abrasive separator, which cleans
the used abrasive by mean of an airwash.
This enables the abrasive to be recycled,
providing a more cost effective &
environmentally friendly
operation.
The
controlled atmosphere of our plant
facilities ensures maximum performance of
specialty applications coatings to
guarantee a high quality finishing process
for your products. It also enables us to
operate 24hours a day, regardless of
weather conditions & daylight
hours.
Our spray
painters are fully experienced in
applications of Awlgrip, Jotun, Altex
& International marine &
industrial paint systems.
